The Challenge: Coordinating Work on Operational Infrastructure

Hydroelectric infrastructure projects often require work to be carried out while facilities remain operational.

At the Norland HP site, construction and engineering activities needed to be carefully coordinated to ensure the reliability and safety of the infrastructure. This required close collaboration between the client, engineering teams and site operations.

Maintaining operational continuity while supporting project execution was a central challenge throughout the mandate.
